In our General Physical Preparedness class, otherwise known as GPP, you can expect a functional fitness course that will help you get to the next level, whether that be off the couch or ready for your next fight. Join our highly qualified Strength and Conditioning Coaches for a class that will allow you to build physical endurance all while maintaining overall wellness and longevity. This high intensity cross training is open to adults of all levels of fitness, and our knowledgeable staff can modify for all conditions. We offer new workouts each day. Fundamentals

This class is specifically geared towards people who are looking to sweat in a safe and positive environment. Take your frustrations of the day out on our quality equipment all while learning fundamental striking skills that can have you ready to take on the world. You can expect rounds of high intensity intervals and endurance building Muay Thai exercises. Get ready to kick, punch, knee, and elbow your way to a fitter and stronger you!

Kids Class

Our Warrior Kids Muay Thai Program is open to children ages 6-12. This class is led by our Muay Thai instructors, and is geared towards helping your child develop gross motor skills through fundamental Muay Thai movements. They will learn to strike and defend against attacks, cooperate with others, and build confidence in a safe, fun, and disciplined environment. All skill levels are welcome. Our students will participate in supervised and controlled “game-like” sparring. The main goal of sparring to build confidence rather than anxiety when approached with physical contact. We maintain a zero tolerance bullying policy.  Competition is not required for your children to participate in this class, but we do offer opportunities for your child to compete state-wide and nationally through the United States Muay Thai Federation Youth Development League.

Fundamentals

Muay Thai is historically known as “the Art of 8 Limbs”. In Muay Thai, practitioners go beyond the kicking and punching that is common in most martial arts by adding kneeing and elbowing their opponents. Muay Thai is also unique because it teaches you to fight both in the clinch, (close range) or at a standard fighting distance. In the clinch, you are able knee and elbow your opponent, but the added element of throwing your opponent off balance is utilized as well.

Muay Thai possesses a large number and array of beautiful skills and techniques. We have a developed a Fundamental Muay Thai Class that is open to all skill levels. Join our instructors for a fun and environment all while growing the art of Muay Thai. We will safely teach you the building blocks of Muay Thai and give you a proper workout.  Train, sweat, and and grow with us today!

Pad Class

In order to develop and sharpen your striking skills, Muay Thai pad work is required. Pad work is a high intensity workout that pushes you both physically and mentally. You will build combinations and work fundamental techniques with your peers all while learning about angles, range, and developing power. “Working the pads” is the heart and soul of all quality Muay Thai training. Pad Class is available to all levels. Our instructors will guide you though this process of self discovery and help you to elevate your striking.
